You have calendars in hand to sell.
- Your organization purchases calendars at $10 each. (no returns)
- We ship them as soon as payment clears (etransfer only)
- You sell them for $20 and keep the difference.
- If you sell out (and many clubs do) order more!
eCommerce Website
We build you an eCommerce website and take care of all the finances.
- You share your link with supporters. Sales end Nov 30.
- We ship you calendars for you to distribute, a list of customers and $10 for each $20 calendar sold.
- Minimum sales – 25

eCommerce Step by Step
You Supply Your Info
Personalize your web page with a brief write-up and 3 to 4 photos about your fundraising goals. We will send you a form to fill out and your site will be up in 2 to 3 days.
We Build & Host Your Club’s eCommerce Page
We will combine your information with an online order form for the 2021 Green Capes Puppy Calendar. Beautiful photos from the 2020 calendar plus a short section on Dog Guides complete the webpage. Click image to view sample page.
Prior to final publication, you will review and approve your webpage. Your key contact will also be provided with a user ID and password to view the sales report at any time.
You Market the Calendars to Your Customers
Now you have a webpage, how do you get the word out? Download our templates for emails, social media posts, and posters – available here on our website. Copy – paste – send!
Your Customer Buys Calendars Online
When the customer enters their order, the system collects their contact information and payment. We can ask for a personal contact to help with distribution – eg students in a school or members of a team.
Credit cards and e-transfers are accepted – transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe, the same payment processor used by Amazon and Google. We do not store or have access to credit card numbers used.
We Ship All Calendars Sold and Pay you $10 for every calendar sold
During the week of November 16, we will package the total number of calendars ordered and ship via Canada Post to your key contact for delivery by the beginning of December. Your key contact will receive the tracking number by email from Canada Post.
